We appreciated the facilities for families with younger children, including a paddling pool and playroom. The hotel was very accommodating to children and they felt welcomed everywhere. The room we stayed in was very spacious and quite comfortable, with large bathroom and planty of room for kids to play and relax.

If this is a 5-star hotel, you can call me George Clooney. I’ve stayed in many hotels in my life, and this one is unfortunately among the worst. The food is average at best — it feels more like a canteen than a 5-star dining experience. On weekends, the place gets absolutely overcrowded; it feels like a warzone. Breakfast officially runs until 11:00, but if you arrive around 10:45, don’t expect to enjoy it. At 11:15, staff already tell you to leave the table because they need to clean. If breakfast is served until 11, guests should be able to sit and eat in peace for a few minutes afterward. My partner had stomach issues (diarrhea and stomach ache) for the last three days of our stay — which didn’t exactly help our impression of the food hygiene. The hotel is not logistically prepared for full capacity. The dining area is too small, and the same applies to the elevators: there are only three tiny ones for a massive hotel, so during weekends you might wait 20–30 minutes to get inside. The pool and spa area are nice in design, but again far too small — on weekends it’s so packed and noisy that relaxation is impossible. The service is by far the weakest point. Most staff members look completely unmotivated and never smile. At the lobby bar, you have to pick up your own drinks because the staff don’t like bringing them to the table. The housekeeping is a mess: On day one, we hung the “Do not clean” sign — they cleaned anyway. On day two, we asked to clean — they didn’t. On other days, they promised to come “in 30 minutes,” but only showed up hours later, even waking us up despite being told not to come anymore. There is also a complete lack of activities. During weekdays, nothing happens. It rained most of the week, so we spent a lot of time in the hotel, but apart from the basic facilities, there was simply nothing to do. On weekends, they have some kids’ activities, but they’re only in Polish, which is odd considering many guests are from Germany.

Great Location, good staff

Overall hotel provided perfect, comfortable accommodation. The amenities as well as the room were suitable for our child. Selection of food during breakfasts and dinners was very good. In general, calm environnement, beautiful mountains around, definitely recommending.

Very nice and profesional personal. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Recommend more for families than couples or adults to rest. Positive that in the evening the pool was just for Adults.
