“A truly memorable experience. One of the very best Hotels I have ever stayed in”
Tomasz, the Hotel owner, was excellent in every respect. The hotel was initially a large derelict property and he, family and friends totally reburnished the property to the highest standards. The hotel is so unique. The furnishings and décor are truly superb. The hotel is in a very rural setting with lots of landscaped grounds. Breakfast offered was really nice and varied. I have travelled the world from Middle East to South Africa, Ecuador to Tanzania, Costa Rica to Thailand and lots of countries in between as well as most European countries staying in 5 star hotels and I can honestly say that Tomasz's hotel is up there with the very very best!!!!

“A memorable experience”
The property was renovated with taste and it was an experience to stay in an historic palace. Close to Swidnica, 20 mins by car. Our dog was made welcome.

A real treat! Breakfast was very varied and delicious. The palace is beautiful, both grand and comfortable at the same time. The hosts were helpful and spoke English. Everything was spotless! We’ll definitely go back for a longer stay if we are in the area again.

“If I ever go back to Swidnica, I will be staying at the Palac Gruszów.”
A beautiful hotel with oodles of charm. The welcome and service were warm and friendly. I was treated like a guest and not just a customer. The bar was cosy, I had an excellent bottle of local craft brewed beer (apparently a one man brewery to an original German recipe), The continental style breakfast uses good quality ingredients. Peaceful rural setting, but only 6km to Swidnica for restaurants etc.

The atmosphere and the peace and quiet all around. The palace was also beautifully restored with an exceptional eye for detail, and the hosts were extremely warm and welcoming.

This is a very special place! Everything is lovingly restored with style with respect for the history. Beautiful furnishings! Very comfortable rooms. And the owners did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I have seldom met more accommodating, friendly and helpful hosts! Highly recommend this magical place!

“A relaxing retreat in the Polish countryside”
Although I picked a couple of days that were quiet for the hotel, the owners were very attentive to my requests and every effort was made to ensure that my stay was relaxing. The breakfast was totally sourced from local businesses and was as healthy as one would expect.
