We had a very pleasant stay at SWAT HILL VIEW RESORT. The place was clean, peaceful, and perfect for families. The rooms were comfortable and the overall environment was relaxing with beautiful views around. The staff and management were very hospitable, respectful, and always ready to help, which made our stay even better. Overall, it was a lovely experience and we enjoyed our time here

Place was amazing. Specially the view of whole swat. Rooms were very clean and very well managed. Hot water and inverter heater was available. Internet facility was excellent. Staff was available all the time and very courteous. Owner himself met us and asked about if anything required. It was an excellent location and fascility for a family visit and would recommend all.

Words cannot explain the level of hospitality & warmth we felt during our 2 day stay in this property. Mr Abrar (owner) is a true definition of an exceptional host. My family felt safe, like home - loved it. Will surely come back. In love with Swat due to this experience. The chef, Nawab is an outstanding individual as well.

Great location. The rooms were clean, comfortable, facilitated and the staff was amazing. Everything was just perfect, the food was absolutely delicious. We went to the rooftop and had amazing time. The view, atmosphere and service were great and the kids really enjoyed it. I highly recommend this swat Hill View resort for international and Pakistani visitors. Would definitely stay there again.

I absolutely love the view! It's the best thing about this place, hands down. If I were to recommend it to someone, that would be my top reason. And let me tell you, the room was spotless and had all the essential amenities. Plus, there's this huge terrace with another section that's been designed perfectly for enjoying an exquisite view of the entire city. But you know what really made my stay exceptional? The owner of the place and even his workers as well. He was incredibly warm and laid-back. I never once felt like he is a stranger because he treated me as if I was most loyal customer since ages and that was the first time i met him. Hats off to you, my friend. Thank you so much for everything and for your outstanding hospitality.

The staff was really great. Especially the owner was very helpful. He personally got involved in everything and catered to all our needs. Apart from hotel facilities, he also arranged a guide for us and negotiated a very feasible deal with him on our behalf

Excellent place for families, spacious rooms with outstanding cleanliness. Kitchen and lounge included which makes it just like home. My kids were especially very happy during their stay here. Very friendly and accomodating owner along with hospitable staff. To top it off, the building provides a panoramic view of the whole swat valley. Highly recommended.
