An incredible and truly unique experience. We loved every moment of our stay at Foscari B&B and in Svetvinčenat. “Memorable stay in Istian village”

Primus and Guido were very welcoming and thoughtful. We enjoyed witty chats and story sharing moments with them. The B&B is well-arranged with art pieces and interior details. The breakfast was another highlight - we were very lucky to had some "just-arrived" cheese from Swiss. We enjoyed the stay and definitely wish to visit again.

We spent five wonderful days at Foscari and felt as if we were staying with close friends. Nikolina and Primus made us feel welcome in such a warm, but unobtrusive way. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable, exceptionally clean... Breakfast - outstanding. Nikolina's tips and recommendations for places to visit truly made our holiday unforgettable. We would love to have the opportunity to stay at Foscari again. Highly recommended!

“Awesome experience to spend time in what seems like an old village with all the modern amenities!”

The breakfast was extraordinary. It included fresh fruits, breakfast veggies appropriate with the fine selection of cheese and meats. Delicious breads and each day a new house-made cake. Fruits and cake were also available to help yourself at the end of the day! Art, decor, facilities and staff all were exceptional! We are looking forward to returning!!!

Our stay was truly beyond our expectations! The entire property is impressive, it’s clear that a lot of love and effort has gone into every detail. Breakfast was excellent, everything we tried was top quality and incredibly tasty, especially the cakes, which were absolutely delicious. The host was warm, friendly, and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely return and would highly recommend this place to others.

“Great start to a memorable holiday!”

Not only is the hotel/ B&B decorated to a high standard, the couple who own the hotel could not do any more for us! Even though there is no lift, our bags were carried up and down the stairs for us. Also as we were going to a wedding locally, one of the owners offered to give us a lift as we couldn’t get a taxi locally. They also gave us all a chocolate Easter bunny at breakfast on Easter Sunday - a lovely thoughtful touch!

“A Cozy Gem in the Center”

The location was excellent, right in the city center with secure parking available. Our host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The accommodation was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended!

It's impossible to find any flaw, a perfect B&B, one of the best accommodations I've ever stayed in. Cosy with all essential amenities, perfect host and excellent breakfast with fresh home made cakes and local products. Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing break in the Istrian hinterland.

The owners Primus and Guido have created a home of outstanding comfort and beauty. They together with Nikolina are wonderful and generous hosts. It was like staying with friends. Foscari truly deserves a score of more than 10.

The people that run the place - Primus, Guido and Nicolina - all so friendly and helpful. Very nice breakfast. Beautiful artwork in the bnb. In the centre of town, with parking. And we were able to check in early.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Foscari, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences we’ve had. From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the outstanding decoration and cleanliness of the entire place. Every detail seemed thoughtfully curated, making the atmosphere both cozy and elegant. Perfectly clean room with super comfy bed was just what I needed after the long day. Guido and Primus are absolutely amazing—warm, welcoming, and attentive. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and memorable. Their hospitality adds a personal touch that you just can’t find in larger soulless hotels. One of the highlights is the breakfast. It was homemade and absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that showcased the care and love put into every dish. It was the perfect start to each day. I highly highly recommend Foscari to anyone looking for a charming, clean, well connected and welcoming place to stay. We will definitely be returning on our next visit!

“Extra pleasant stay”

It is almost impossible to find a bad thing here. The rooms are impeccably furnished and decorated. Each piece of equipment is carefully selected and has its own story, which the owners are happy to present to their guests. The well-thought-out air circulation in the room keeps it pleasantly cool, despite the heat outside. Coffee and water are available in the room. The hotel is perfectly located on the edge of the old town. They have their own parking lot. There are also many outdoor areas for sitting in the shade and relaxing. There is also a cute shower outside. And breakfast. Oh, just great. Selected fresh ingredients (smoothies, freshly squeezed juice, peanut butter, jams, fruit, etc.) await guests every morning. a And the smiles of everyone who works there. e Everyone is so naturally and unobtrusively friendly. The stay here was very pleasant.
