This b&b is truly something special. Every detail has been so thoughtfully designed, while beautifully preserving its history, authenticity, and soul. You can genuinely feel the love and care that went into creating this place. The hosts were beyond amazing — warm, kind, and incredibly attentive. They approach every guest with so much care, always there for any question, help, recommendation, or simply a heartfelt conversation. They made us feel so welcome and at home from the very first moment. We had a truly unforgettable experience, one of those places and people that stay with you after you leave. We cannot recommend this place enough and will most certainly be coming back many more times!

This is truly a unique place — a beautiful small old Venetian palace located in a very special town. Both the hotel and the town itself pleasantly surprised us, everything feels authentic and full of character. The location is perfect — it’s very easy to reach any part of the region from here. Dado and his family are amazing hosts. They have created a truly unique and warm atmosphere. The breakfast is outstanding — everything is local and of very high quality, simply top. They also gave us great recommendations, and thanks to them we visited interesting historical places and even a winery. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to see everything, so we will definitely come back to continue exploring the region. Thank you, Dado — this was an unforgettable experience!

“Charming place”

It is really nice, quite, homelike feeling with delicious breakfast presented by very friendly owners. We already booked our next trip. The old town has a lot of charm, excelllent restaurant and a brewery with a pub. 20 min drive to the coast.

Very beautiful small hotel and very nice owners. They gave us super advice about what to see, where to eat, which vine to taste:). We highly recommend this b&b and will be back when in Istria!

Amazing host and accommodation in a small town tucked away from the busy toursty vibes of summer in Coratia yet still 15 minutes drive a way from towns like Rovinj and Bale or 25 minutes away from Pula. The breakfast was to die for!! prepared by the host in part and collected from local farms for the rest. We ate so much we were full for the rest of the day and we have no regrets.!!

It’s hard to put into words everything this accommodation and Dado’s hospitality gave us. The place is beautifully designed and furnished with great attention to detail. Breakfast was fantastic, made with the finest local ingredients, and the coffee was amazing. We received so many great tips that made our holiday truly unforgettable. It was hard to leave Svetvinčenat, and we truly hope to return soon.

Amazing, beautifully renovated place run by the best hosts. The locally produced, wide selection of breakfast was truly delicious. Me and my wife stayed for 2 nights, the town is charming, the local brewery has great beer. Thank you Dado for the suggestions on what to see and where to go nearby. The highlight for me was the shower, not even joking... I think I'll ask for the make of the hand shower, amazing.

We were for five days in Svetvinčenat at Dado in the Della Croce and felt very comfortable. Svetvinčenat is a beautiful village with a very nice atmosphere and is the perfect place to explore the surroundings of Istria. The accommodation is exceptionally beautiful and lovingly furnished. Dado is a great host who takes great care of his guests and has many tips on where to go. The breakfast was great too! We highly recommend the Della Croce and will gladly come back!

We absolutely loved our stay and Dado was a wonderful host to us. Breakfast was so fresh with locally sourced ingredients. Location was very convenient as we were doing day trips around the Istrian peninsula. Room was very cosy and we loved it everytime we walked into the lobby and there was jazz music playing.
