The location of the apartment is perfect Just in front of the house you have small, cute beach Pržno, small pictoresque, and charming promenade with several great tavernas and bars, behind the house you will walk into to the beautiful Milocer park, house is just 5 minutes walk to beautiful Kraljicina beach, 10 minutes walk to King's beach, and 20 minutes walk to Sveti Stefan beach. Kamenovo beach is also some 20 minutes walk. There are few grocery stores very close, one literary within the building. The owner Dušan is super kind, always there for you if you need any help, he also helped us with parking, given that the parking is really challenging issue in Pržno. We had studio with great balcony overlooking the sea. The balcony is well equipped with chairs, table and sun umbrella. As a strawberry on the top of the cake, there is a fantastic terasse at the top of the house where you can enjoy incredible sea views, any time of the day, including free coffee offered by the owner. Sunset from the terasse is something that should not be missed. Apartments are clean, with the towels changed every day. Kitchenette is solidly equipped with key utensils you need to prepare basic meals. Village of Pržno is small, quite, relaxing, pictoresque place, with several beautiful old stone houses. It stills keeps it's charm from the past.

Very nice location with sea view. Beautiful shared terrace with lookout to the sunset. The host and his family were super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, nice shower and comfortable bed. Also there is a small shared kitchen on the rooftop terrace which is very convenient. Przno is very small but has everything you need. Queens beach was open which was very beautiful and amazing swimming. Short walk to sveti Stefan. Good bus connection to Budva. Everything was great! Thank you to the host and your family!

Excellent place to stay. Beach right next to the accommodation and the beautiful St.Stefan beaches just on a 2 min walk. Everything is approachable and very convinient. The owner is also very welcoming and helpful.

A Perfect Blend of Comfort and Hospitality I recently had the pleasure of staying at an exceptional hotel that left an indelible impression on me. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I knew I had made the right choice. The hotel's ideal location, coupled with its comfortable rooms, warm owner, and excellent breakfast, made my stay an unforgettable experience. First and foremost, the location of the hotel was nothing short of perfect. Situated 100m meteres from a Przno beach, 500m from queens beach. The appartment was nice comfortable and with a beautifull sea view. What truly set this hotel apart was the incredible hospitality provided by the owner. From the very beginning, their warm and genuine demeanor made me feel like an honored guest. They were always ready to assist with any request or inquiry, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Their knowledge of the local area was invaluable, offering insightful recommendations that enhanced my overall experience. The breakfast served at the hotel was a delightful affair. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was an absolute delight. The perfect location, comfortable rooms, and attentive owner ensured a memorable experience.

Very nice place. Highly recommended. Clean, comfy apartment with a beautiful view of Przno Beach. Nice balcony to have lunch which you could prepare in the kitchenette. Very welcoming people, doing everything to satisfy their guests. Wonderful tarrace with an astonishing view of the Becici bay and Sveti Nikola island. The host has placed dining tables and sunbeds in the terrace. Small kitchenette with amenities so you don't have to bring everything from the room if you want to dine and relax with the breathtaking views.. Comfotable bed, pay TV and good WiFi included. Good market 300m form the apartments, local products, fresh fruits, very good quality. Just 50m from the Przno beach - you could rent umbrellas and sunbeds for 25Eur/day. Beautiful small beach. 250m from the Queen Beach - wonderful, close to a beautiful park, public beach, red pebble in a wonderful bay. Small and maybe a little crowded in August, but very particular. You could take your own umbrella, or find a spot in the trees if you want to stay in the shade. Good for snorkeling. Milocer Beach another 250m from here. Bigger, pubblic beach, red pebble. Very nice, but i prefer Queen Beach. And then another 30mm is Sveti Stefan. You could walk between 4 beautiful beaches in 15minutes.

Location and the view

Great place with super nice owners going above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable! Room is clean clean with towel changed every day (that wasn’t actually needed) and all equipment you might need. The terrace with the view over the bay was making breakfasts and suppers super enjoyable. There is little kitchen with additional equipment and coffee machine. Location is fantastic, with walking distance to 4 different beaches so you can choose the one that suits you most. The sv. Stefan beach with magnificent view is 10 mins walk. We asked the owners where we could do the laundry and they offered to do it for us on site and refused to take extra money for that. That was way above and beyond our expectations!

The location and the view from the balcony was fantastic. In the evening we drank a red wine and watched the sunset from the terrace.

I love the location, very close to the beautiful beaches. I had great views from my room's balcony for sea, mountains and Przno village. There is terrace on top of the roof with stunning views over sea and coast line. I highly recommend.
