“Relaxing”

It was like staying at your nan's house - lovely and comforting. All facilities to cook at home if you wanted. Great shower, lovely deck and a 600m walk to the beach (downhill). Host was very accommodating and took us up to the church at the top of the hill and took photos of us overlooking Sveti Stefan. Also, paid him to take us to Podgorica. Gave us tips on where to eat and the food was local and amazing. Had a lovely and relaxing time at this property and sat on the deck overlooking the 300 year old olive trees in the morning.

Friendly and flexible host. Close to sea and mini market. Comfortable beds and very large bathroom.

“Comfortable”

The host was very friendly and helpful. He was at the property when we arrived so he explained us everything. The house is near to the beach, a shop and a restaurant so everything was in the neighbourhood. The parking place was very important to us. It was very hot when we arrived and the watermelon offered to us was delicious.

The flat is new and clean. The owners are very nice and helpful. We could make barbecue and the owners helped us a lot.

Аpartment was super! Hosts are wonderful! I liked everything: location, comfort and table under the old maslina, where we drank coffee in the morning. Very clean, white towels and linen. Cozy and friendly atmosphere. Thank you very much, Nemanja, for your care and help! Next time on a trip to Montenegro, I would like to stay in the apartments again!

“A really nice stay in Svetí Stefan!”

We loved that the apartment had everything we needed. Parking is included wich was very nice since there isb’t s lot of space to park in Svetí Stefan.The host was very helpful and generous. He and his grandmother welcomed us with home made liquer and cake. It was near restaurants and minimmarkets. And we had the opportunity to visit King and Queens beach since they were open to the public when we was there. Pure magic!

The hosts are really nice people. Tried all the time to make us feel good and help us with any problem we might have. Also the location of the property(in the middle of an olive orchard as the name implies), close to 2 little stores and a few restaurants was really appreciated. The provided parking place was also highly appreciated.

We liked that the apartment was hidden away from the busy street but close enough to walk down to the beach. The hosts (Katica, Nemanja, Boško) were amazing, showcasing genuine Balkan hospitality. We felt like we were at home, drinking coffee together in the morning on the terrace and we were even treated to desserts!

Our stay in Apartment number 3 was truly exceptional. The rooms, linens, and towels were spotlessly clean and flawlessly maintained, reflecting a high standard of care. We also found the kitchen to be well-equipped with all the necessary utilities to prepare a meal. The property’s garden is a true highlight, offering a peaceful haven amidst the town’s activity. A set of stairs from the garden conveniently leads to the Sveti Stefan beach. One of the notable advantages of the location was its proximity to the bus stop which facilitates easy exploration of other towns and beautiful beaches. What truly elevated our experience were the gracious hosts. The family who owns the property made us feel more like cherished friends than guests. Nemanja’s insights about Montenegro, shared with humour and detail, were particularly appreciated. He also readily addressed our queries and gave fantastic recommendations. A delightful surprise came from the family’s grandmother residing on the ground floor - she kindly prepared a local delicacy, ruštule, to share with us. Boško, Nemanja’s younger brother, also surprised us with a plate of delicious pancakes. The family’s hospitality embodied the essence of Montenegrin warmth, adding an extra later of charm to our stay. In summary, the accommodation offers a tranquil escape with attentive hosts and convenient access to coastal exploration.
