It was a nice accommodation with own bathroom, that is a big positive.

Warm and welcoming staff and reception desk. They let us check in late, as we arrived late, so we really appreciated it. Clean rooms at the cabins, you can feel privacy here. surrounded by mountains and forest. Really enjoyed the stay there.

The guesthouse is located in a very quiet and beautiful area. The room and bathroom size was good and the beds were very comfortable. WiFi was working well, the food at the restaurant was a bit pricey but tasty and homemade.

Very good breakfast. We used the outdoor baths late evening, it was a very nice experience. The restaurant was very good

Everything is not bad except breakfast.

Beds were comfortable. There's an Electric kettle and a small table in the room. The guesthouse is in the middle of nature, very relaxing and quiet. There's a spacious parking zone outside. There's a restaurant, but we didn't try It.

They waited for our arrival at almost Midnight because road conditions were difficult to predict. The room was very warm when we entered which made us feel very welcome. Everything was very clean

The location of this place is simply unforgettable. Not the most comfortable room, but ideal if you're looking for a base point for a few hiking days.

Very nice guesthouse in a peaceful location. Room was essential but fully functional. Good dinner is available with selection of local products.

“Overnight stop on a tour of the Ring Road”

The hotel building itself is very nice - looks quite modern. It's quite a surprise to find it 10 kms off the Ring Road. It was a place to sleep after a day of driving and exploring the sights along the ring road. Staff were friendly. Coffee was available all hours. There's an on-site restaurant and lounge bar so you don't need to drive to Egilsstadir for dinner.
