“Perfect place for us to stay”
Trollnäs Gårdshotell is surrounded by beautiful nature and was a perfect place for us to stay with our elderly dad. My wife and I also really enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful, comfortable, and just what we needed.

“3 very happy days in a special place.”
Our 3 days were just perfect. The owners were extremely friendly, helpful and caring. The hotel is in an area of outstanding natural beauty if you enjoy walking . Nearby Falun mine and Carl Larsson' s home added to our stay and we hope to return one day to explore further.

“Cozy, traditional winter wonderland”
The house has a nice traditional style with many cozy details. It is located next to a lake and near a road so easy to reach by car. Great location, super friendly staff, traditional but clean, warm and cozy rooms. They did have lactose free cow milk which is good for those with intolerances.

The location is breathtaking and Malinn was a great host, really making sure our stay was perfect. The hotel is lovely! We would love to come back during summer to discover the region even more, and stay at the Trollnäs once again!

Malin was a wonderful host! she and Elisabeth were friendly and had a lot of tips what to do in the area and also in Falun. the breakfast. is. awesome! We felt really comfortable and cozy just like being home. We extended our stay because we liked it so much!

“Think this is the best stay i’ve had at a hotel!”
Really nice staff, they made a whole breakfast buffé (wich itself was outstanding) even tho me and my friend where the only guests for that night. Beautiful facility.

“Charming place to stay whatever the season. Great breakfast and views. Improving with every stay!”
Beautiful and peaceful location. Fantastic breakfast buffet with local and homemade products. Hotel itself and its rooms packed with charm. Staff is warm and friendly. Since a few years also open during winter and a great place for family lunches or dinners. New owner is entrepreneurial and we are pleasantly surprised by all the improvements every time we return.
