Set on the grounds of the 18th-century Hällsjö Gård farm, this property offers self-catering accommodation just 300 metres from the Svartån River and Lake Hällsjön. The farm property has a spacious garden with views. At the farm you find farm animals such as sheeps, a goat, chickens, rabbits and cats. Eden's Garden Cottages and villa feature traditional décor, a fully equipped kitchen and access to a BBQ grill. Both accommodations includes a TV, DVD/CD player and a private balcony or terrace. Bikes, canoes and small boats are available for rent on site. The large garden has many green spaces, ideal for games and relaxation. Set in the Svartådalen valley, an area known for its rich wildlife, Eden's Garden Cottages can book trips such as beaver safaris. Västerås city centre is 30 km from the property. Sala and Uppsala are 30-45 minutes’ drive away. Stockholm is a 90-minute journey from Eden's Garden Cottages.

Lovely house and wonderful location. Ideal for bitd/wildlife-watching with many good sites within a short distance of the accommodation. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

“Cozy country cottage”
Beautiful renovated 500 years old little cottage in the countryside. Well appointed little kitchen. Room to sleep 4. Comfortable lounge area. There is free WiFi, but don’t expect a lightning fast connection. This is the countryside. 😀 Lovely decking area with a table and new barbecue. Perfect for sitting out and enjoying a summer evening. Opportunity to kayak in the nearby river. We didn’t manage to use the kayaks due to the weather, but the river looked beautiful, and am sure a kayak trip would be well worth it. John is a fantastic host. Always there to help, but not obtrusive in any way.

This Family Cottage is a beautifully renovated Swedish log cabin from the 17th century. This cosy cottage can accommodate up to 4 people and is has original features and details. For an additional fee of SEK 175, a breakfast package based on local, ecological products can be delivered directly to the cottage in a basket. This applies to a maximum of three days.
