Staff was very helpful and the location is very good. The hotel is 10 mins walk from the Humble Administrator's Garden and close to the metro station. The room was spacious and clean.

I like this cozy, family driven hotel. The owner is very friendly. We had a big room with a sauna, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to use it.

The lady of the hotel was very kind and helpful. She spoke english well and gave a lot of good tips on what to do in Suzhou.

Very well situated, close to Suzhou museum and the Humble administrator garden. Very helpful host, checked for us different things, offered fruits, tea and water. Recommended nice restaurants. Comfortable and large room with a nice bed. There was even a sauna inside.

Nice comfy and roomy place. There are stairs though. Staff will carry your bags up and back for you if you want. Breakfast isn’t formal, they provide tea, coffee and fruit. We asked for boiled eggs which they also provided. Plenty of places to eat just a walk north or south but mainly in the south. Bei Bei will recommend good places for you. We were given late checkout which was very helpful. Bei Bei and her husband were very helpful and kind during our stay. Location is excellent. Right near Suzhou museum and Humble Adminstrators Garden and canal district. It’s mainly low rise in this zone of the city and mainly white buildings giving the area a distinctive and different feel.

Excellent location, highly recommended if visiting Suzhou for a day or two as it is close by the popular tourist attractions there by foot or short taxi ride. The staff are lovely and were happy to give recommendations and help out with any questions. The room was very clean and the wooden interior design added a nice touch to the overall vibe of our trip. Would definitely recommend and book again our next stay!

“Amazing!”

Tastefully decorated, the room was amazing, the bed incredibly comfortable. I would highly recommend the one with the infrared sauna, added a lovely touch. Great location, close to all the main attractions but slightly removed from the overly busy bits, nice food and coffee options nearby too.
