Everything is just perfect and beautiful and very well organized. The city and surroundings are just awesome. You will find two supermarkets in 50 an 150m walking reach. One of the main city parts offers a beautiful flower and plant shop and several other special stores. The city has one of the best Christmas lightnings I ever saw in my lifetime. Everything in this beauty gem is flawless and the people are very friendly and open minded. Hotel is 10/10.

“Passable Hotel in the City Center”
This hotel is a B-grade basic hotel in town but passable. Couple restaurants close-by and a doable hotel on the way to Gdansk from Riga Latvia or Vilnius Lithuania. It isn't any place I'd spend more than 1 quick night but, as I said, passable and the free parking is helpful.

Someone hairs on carpet and empty toiletries. Noise from the street, could not have window open during night and it was hot.

Location was fine, near the lovely Suwalki old town centre, Breakfast was OK. There was coffee available all the time in hotel, althogh we didn't use that.

“We stayed a couple of years ago in this place and it was much better. Now it has become worse.”
We had to spend one night, so for one night a normal place with a 24-hour reception desk and parking.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The was an elevator, and the room had a wooden furniture (which always adds a bit more cosyness even in the most modest premises). The hotel was also very close to the city center.

“Cozy transit town inn”
Conveniently located on one of the two main streets of Suwalki. Parking is for free. My breakfast was very customised as I was perhaps only one of very few who asked for it that morning. Felt so special. Haha!
