Overview
Nestled in a 17th-century building, Talici Hill – Rustic Villas” consists of 5.000m2 private grounds, a 400m2 Superior villa with 7 bedrooms sleeping up to 18 guests, heated infinity swimming pool with sunbeds and pool cabanas, event room, BBQ facilities with a big dining table, a lounge area with a TV, firepit, sea view wooden swing, family-friendly areas, etc. Unique luxurious bedrooms and spacious living areas come with AC, underfloor heating, comfortable beds, roomy bathrooms, and everyday cleaning. An imposing mountains backdrop dominates the villa grounds with rich Mediterranean vegetation, olive grove, fruits, and vegetable gardens. The whole area is secluded providing you with complete privacy. Guests have the option to book all units for ultimate privatization or rent separate units. This villa is close to numerous sandy and pebble beaches, kitesurfing clubs, national parks, hiking trails, and tourist attractions. The towns of Budva and Kotor are a 30-90 minute drive away while Airports Podgorica (40 minutes) and Tivat (60 minutes) provide quick arrival. The property is 1.5 km from the supermarket and Sutomore seaside promenade. The property is located on the hill, low cars cannot get to the property. Car is highly recommended.

“Wow!”
Absolutely everything. This is such a relaxing and luxurious place to spend your holiday. The property is stunning, with incredible views and fabulous facilities-the pool, various seating areas and lovely grounds were so tranquil and comfortable. The rooms are beautiful (we had the suite which is amazing with a fabulous bathroom and gorgeous views from the balcony. We were very spoilt by all the lovely, friendly staff who made us feel very welcome and were always on hand to deal with any questions. Last but not least, as a few other guests have mentioned, the breakfast is incredible-a lovely variety of local sweet and savoury food that changes each day and lots of it. Practically, the property is very well located for Lake Skadar (about 25-30 mins drive) and the nearest beach (Sutomore) is 5 mins by car, was very nice (pebbles) and had good restaurant options (would recommend Wave as the food was good, reasonable and lovely waiting staff). Budva, Petrovac and Sveti Stefan were all nearby as well. A few guests have mentioned the road to the property. We didn’t have any issues. It is narrow and fairly steep, as are quite a few roads in Montenegro, but it was absolutely fine to drive up and down.

We fell in love with this amazing Italian villa! The garden, the pool, the rooms, and the design were just mind-blowing. We had a very spacious room with a beautiful bathroom that included a shower and a hot tub! The terrace was also very nice, with a beautiful view of the garden. We asked for breakfast, and it was absolutely delicious! The receptionist was super nice and helpful, and recommended great activities nearby. This was one of the best stays we have ever had. The price and quality were more than fair.

The place was just amazing so beautiful and peaceful, with a great view just like in the picture and even better! We had two beautiful sunsets and good days at the pool.. there is a big kitchen for those of you that want to cook but if not you will have to drive 8-15 minutes to the closest restaurant, for us it was fine

“Brilliant - thank you”
Absolutely fantastic place. Going off-season meant that we were astonished to feel like we had such a big place to ourselves, though it turned out there was only some wedding planning going on for the first afternoon. Took ourselves off for a 2-3 hour hike and came back for a massage. The whole place was pure luxury!
