“Budget stay 2 weeks”
The fact that you can use a communal fully equipped kitchen + washing machine + free toilet paper + anything you need in the toilet is exceptional tbh. I liked that we could eat as many oranges from trees as we want. The view was nice, and the fact the check in was allowed at 9am made my day because we traveled the whole night. Very quiet at night good sleeps. Safe area but lot of dogs outside not agressive tho

“Huge disapointment”
The owner told in bad to non-existent english that he does not allow short term stays and ended working with booking, he suggested i could sleep in the construction ruin next doors.

“Great value for money, amazing view, I recommend this place!”
Outside Sutomore, away from the hassle, a perfect place for those who like it quiet, even at peak season. Simply furnitured room with everything you need, kettle, fridge, AC, reading light, 2 washing machines and and a dry cleaner with washing powder always accessible on groundfloor for free. I got an upgrade to sea view balcony room. View is just amazing.I loved it!15min walk down through dense forest on a narrow path, all shade, to small private rocky beach.You can do it in fliflops, I preferred not to. Or you walk to Maljevic beach on main road also 15 min where you find a beach bar with benches etc. till 7 pm.Last food order 5,45pm!!Small menue. Otherwise you have to walk to Sutomore for a restaurant, if you are without car. There is a small supermarket next to hotel and a huge clean shared kitchen on the groundfloor with inside and outside sitting area like a restaurant (but you have to cook!). I highly recommend this place.The host speaks Russian, but his young assistent Olla speaks English.They are around all the time.

“If you don’t mind some unperfectness it is super good to save some money”
It’s super cheap! And depends on your room you have a nice view, there was a nice women showing us the room, WiFi was good, we could use the washing machine for free
