no communication from the owners before hand. Had to call and were told to meet them at the place. He was not very welcoming

“Spartan but comfortable lodging in the historic Czech town of Sušice”
I met one half of the couple who owns the lodging. He was a friendly and helpful man, and I enjoyed chatting with him. The room was larger than I expected, and the furniture was comfortable. The temperature of the room was pleasant, especially in the bathroom.
