“Hidden gem in Surin”

I loved my stay at Pen Villa and I would definitely stay again., I had a spacious and clean room, Thai style deco, big bathroom, good Aircon, a beautiful view over the landscaped garden, pool and rooftops opposite. The location is great, close to everything, lots of restaurants and bars to choose from, beach is close. It is on a quiet side street and you can walk to food, coffee, massage and laundry. Staff were very friendly and room serviced daily....

“Lovely well-maintained boutique hotel with great pool”

Very peaceful and quiet hotel with no loud music. Saw few other guests although fully booked. Lovely 20m pool perfect for swimming lengths. Nice value for money breakfast available. Friendly chatty hosts. The whole place had a really nice laid back feeling, and I liked that they are trying hard to be as sustainable as possible.

Nice, quiet family owned hotel. Owners and all staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The pool is very large and nice and deep at one end, which for me is nice. Also, neatly located pretty much halfway between Bang Tao Beach and Surin Beach. Very clean.

“An Oasis within Surin.”

This is an oasis within the fast pace developments that are taking over Phuket. I was great to find this place and feel like you were miles away from the crowds and traffic. Peter & Win are fantastic hosts, they provided a great relaxed environment. I strongly recommend asking for their guidance when it comes to places to eat and hire/taxi services, they will look after you. The room we had was massive, more that enough space, the bathroom was also a big size. the cleaning staff kept the place very tidy and changed the bedding on a regular basis. The pool was massive (around 8mx15m, my guess), and deep, but with a paddling pool for the smaller kids. The grounds/garden are kept very tidy and the gardener was always around making sure the standard of areas were a tidy and clean as possible. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay.

An excellent find, this family run (Alfred & Winnie) boutique hotel is in a lovely quiet area of Surin Beach providing great rooms, wonderful pool and very attentive staff who were very willing to provide advices and organise trips

“A wonderful hotel with amazinng pool!”

This is a small family owned hotel, that feels like home away form home! We had a wonderfull time here. The hosts where very nice and helpful with information etc. We woke up very late couple of days, and could have a breakfast even if the oficial breakfast time was long gone. The swimming pool was divine! For the 4 days we where there - we had it all to ourselfs! Thank you so much for the wonderfull experience!

“Paradise in Surin beach”

What a fantastic place! We enjoyed every moment of our stay in Pen Villa. The hotel premises, gardens and the swimming pool are extremely well maintained. The rooms are spacious and thoroughly cleaned every day. The hospitality of Peter, the owner, and his wife was unprecedented. They didn't hesitate to proactively make suggestions about local restaurants and things to do, and help us with arrangements, such as transportation or laundry service. We also liked the tasty breakfast prepared at the hotel, and our little daughter loved the swimming pool! The location of the hotel is great, being 10 minutes walk from Surin beach and close to couple of great restaurants, ATM, minimarket and pharmacy. Overall, we felt very welcome here thanks to the calm and unique atmosphere and all the friendliness of the entire hotel staff.

“Great vacay start”

Lovely garden, hotel too is peaceful and quiet, still short 10 min walk to beach. Bed was comfy, soft enough. Very clean. Room and chairs by pool available. Breakfast was ok. Nice owner organised transport/taxi quickly,with reasonable price. There was pool towels too.

Super clean hotel with a huge and fantastic swimming pool among the local amazing greenery. Very friendly, helpful and kind host. Great and large rooms. The Pen Villa is definitely worth recommending.

After reading all the good reviews, we decided to book two rooms, and we're glad we did. The accommodation is amazing, superbly clean, and close to everything you need in Surin & Patong, and it also has great wifi. Location is nice an quite with big pool at the front. The owners are very proud of their accommodation and are always available to help you with questions and advice. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we highly recommend staying here!!!!
