Champi is a superstar ! She made sure we were very comfortable. She gave us good recommendations to shop and eat and for sightseeing as well . I had my bday and was surprised by a cake during breakfast with the staff singing for me ! The room was decorated as well! It was very sweet and touching ! Our room was spacious and so comfortable! The massage was so good as well !

Our stay at Holiday Inn Surin Beach was nothing short of amazing. This hotel is incredibly family-friendly, with so much to do whether the sun is shining or the rain is pouring. They had foam pool party for the kids (and adults), it was lots of fun and laughter! We were delighted to be upgraded for free, which made our experience even more special. The staff were consistently warm, friendly, and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every morning at breakfast, we were treated to free iced cappuccinos — such a thoughtful touch that made our mornings even brighter. From the entertainment manager to the F&B manager, and every single staff member we encountered, the service was outstanding. Their genuine hospitality and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. Holiday Inn Surin Beach truly exceeded our expectations and created wonderful family memories we’ll cherish.

People first is clearly the philosophy of the team and everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful and passionate, creating a fantastic atmosphere at the property. Location was perfect for us with plenty of places to explore within walking distance orna short grab ride away. Would definitely return to this property.

The guest experience manager, Kob Has been the most extraordinary host that I have ever experienced at any hotel. She is kind she's understanding she's considerate she preempts anything that you want and need there is nothing too big or small that Kob won't be able to help you with. I wish I could express in words what an amazing asset she is to this hotel. We will miss her dearly. My daughter loves Kob. I would recommend her she would be my first Contact for the whole experience. Without her presence or stay would not have been as amazing as it was. Thank you Kob! The hotel staff is friendly and close to beach and restaurants. Taxis right outside the hotel. Will be back.

“Holiday Inn Surin Beach, what a gem!”

The Holiday Inn Surin Beach is a special destination. Clean, easy to get to, lots of in house facilities and the pool is gorgeous. It is close to one of the best beaches with soft sand and spectacular views. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the dinner menu had lots to choose from. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The Guest officer, Kob was especially friendly and helpful when my flight was cancelled, they made a stressful time easier. Loved staying here.

This place is the most convenient option for me when it comes to traveling to Phuket! The hotel is lovely, the staff is super friendly and attentive to their guests😍 I feel like I'm among close friends!❤️

The location was great, quiet and opposite a lovely beach and plenty of shops and restaurants around. A short taxi ride to bang Tao beach which is also full of beach restaurants and bars.

Excellent hotel, we had a very pleasant stay. The breakfasts are diverse, with a good selection of both international and local dishes. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive, always ready to help and quick to respond to any requests. The hotel grounds are well-designed: a large swimming pool, plenty of sunbeds, and no feeling of overcrowding even when the hotel is busy. It’s also convenient that there is parking available right in front of the hotel. In the evenings, there is a DJ playing near the restaurant, creating a nice atmosphere without being too loud or intrusive. A big plus for families — there is plenty of space and various activities for children, so they always have something to do. Upon arrival, all my room preferences were taken into account, and we were welcomed with thoughtful complimentary touches, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great place to stay — definitely worth coming back to.
