Just the location and the building looks amazing from outside, rooms are super pathetic. Stinking of ciggrate buds and dampness all across the rooms. “So please don’t judge the book by it’s cover”

“Classic 9th floor room.”
The hotel was great, it was modern and it was very nice . Everthing was clean and food was very good but they deliver slight late. I would definitely come back here. It is if not the best , one of the best properties in surat. Host was very courteous.

Very nice property it's look like a luxurious homestay good behavior of host in the appartment. They also have in house restaurant, it is extremely delicious. Nice gym.
