“Terrible host with zero hospitality & disappointing house”

The owner was extremely rude and unhelpful. We asked for check-in information earlier via WhatsApp and were completely ignored until exactly 3:00 PM. Anyone who has stayed in a homestay knows check-in is not instant. We only managed to settle in around 3:40 PM 🤨 Instead of being professional, the owner responded with sarcastic and unnecessary remarks, saying “your time management is not my problem.” This is unacceptable behavior for someone running accommodation services. The condition of the house was disappointing. Both sofas were badly ripped and uncomfortable, and basic cleanliness was lacking, with dirty plastic cups provided. Overall, there were multiple issues during the stay, and I would not recommend this place. Poor host behavior outweighed any positives like location or the unit itself.

1- All rooms DO NOT have Fan Remote Controllers hence not able to adjust the speed which was always at the highest thus noise from high speed was disturbing 2-In the Hall the Fan Controllers were ALSO not working , same always at high speed 3-One of the Room Fan was not working. 3- place to throw rubbish was not well informed till the next day and it was far from the unit. approx. 100 meters aways and lonely and unsafe for a lady to throw rubbish in the night 4-No thrash bags for rubbish provided 5- Tap at Kitchen Sink was loose and not useable. Informed the Management but no response

clean, staff very helpfull and nice, rumah sangat selesa dan mewah tetapi harga berpatutan.

Good security and condo environment, but the apartment have many spoilt appliances, e.g. the living hall aircon is spoil, the hall is very warm and humid throughout the day...some of the power sockets are not working too, there is very limited usable sockets. We took awhile to try to connect the wifi too, turned out the router is not turn on.., you've to turn it on yourself ...so does the fridge...I didn't notice it until I have to drink my water in the night and just realized it wasn't cold..have to pull out the fridge to turn it on and push back... The bathroom hanger is loose and spoil too. One of the room when we turned on the aircon, it came out stinky sweaty smell...we have to leave the door open for awhile before we can enter again.. Great trip but not a pleasant stay..hope it can improve.
