“Just ok, not the best, lots of room for improvement”
Breakfast had good options. Some fresh fruit would have been a plus because I don’t eat meat or eggs. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The area is great, close to shopping and restaurants.

“On line reservations need help.”
Did a web search for hotels that allowed pets. This Holiday Inn came up as pet friendly. Made our reservation based on this information only to be told this location will not accept pets. VERY disappointed. We'll stay with Hilton or Marriott properties.
