“Once they have the place remodeled and all issues fixed, I'd stay again. Not till then.”
Location was great and liked the playground for kids and sitting area in the grounds. The room was not in good shape: poor paint job, holes in wall, decor very plain, a/c did not work and the heat would not turn off. The staff were exceptional in trying to make our stay as pleasant as possible despite all the issues.

Walls are paper-thin. We could hear the neighbors talking. There was no soap in the bathroom but it was provided when we went back to the office and asked.

“A nice stay”
Owner is very reliable, always reply promptly and make you comfortable. The place is clear and roomy, the location is just so easy going any corner. The price is very reasonable.

“Terrible”
Nothing it was dirty, disgusting and there was old dog food left behind because no one had swept or mopped....my kids socks were black from walking around.. the bathroom had mold , there were bugs in the kitchen etc

“Great experience”
We were going to arrive late, the front desk texted me to tell me what was our room number and the key was on the table. Easy check in. When my daughter saw the park on the front land the next morning, she was thrilled. Comfy beds and clean bedroom. Would come back.

We stayed at this motel for a few days and were very satisfied. The room was clean, everything worked well, and there was nothing unnecessary. We feel that everything is done with care. We were especially pleased with the large fridge, microwave, and electric stove.
