Beautiful clean accommodation surrounded by and exceptionally beautiful garden setting. Watched squirrels playing from our balcony. Breakfast was also extra special with congenial hosts.

Summerland is a lovely little town and the Dogwood is a short walk away. The room was large, the bed was comfortable, the outdoor chairs overlooking the garden were relaxing, the breakfast was amazing, the hosts were friendly and helpful. We would have stayed longer if we could. Highly recommend this BnB.

My husband and I stayed at Dogwood for two nights and it truly felt like a 5-star hotel. The space was spotless, quiet, and had its own private entrance, which made it feel extra comfortable and private. Don was a wonderful host—very welcoming and attentive. The room had everything we needed, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot weather. Breakfast was perfect and a great way to start the day. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect for our overnight stop

The place was absolutely lovely, as were the hosts! Very clean, spacious rooms & and the breakfasts were fantastic!

Breakfast was delicious both days; fruit & yogurt parfait with blueberry pancakes & syrup the first morning. And the following day was parfait with ham & cheese omlet and toast.

Good sized room. If not the weather for eating outside then breakfast brought to the room. Good information and advice on the area. We ate a lovely meal at Zia’s.

Garden apartment with great location and service. Located in a quiet area and with view of the lovely garden, perfectly clean and equipped with all necessities. Freshly made breakfast was served in the apartment by the friendly owners, can definitely recommend!

Ann and Don are two sweet owners of this lovely family type bed & breakfast place. We stayed with the family there for 3 nights, and enjoyed every second of it. They are such a lovely hosts. The place is very clean, quiet, and in very convenient location. I would say we enjoyed staying at this kind of place more then at the hotels, it felt like we stayed at the family not B&B. The breakfast were very delicious and each morning it was different breakfast. Ann did amazing things with her cooking skills. In addition, Don and Ann have recommended to us couple places where to go and what to explore around Summerland, Kelowna, and Osoyoos. I can't say enough of how much we enjoyed the stay. Would definitively recommend to others, and come another year to stay at their place!!!

We liked how there were chairs to sit out overlooking a lovely garden. We also liked the size of the room and the temperature of the water. The breakfast set up was lovely too.

Don and Ann are top-notch hosts, very friendly and professional, and the suite I stayed in, Eagle's nest, was cozy and very comfortable. I was there July 18-22 during a heatwave, and the suite's A/C worked great! Don accommodated my requests for breakfast and everything was delicious and smartly served in a breakfast nook on their deck. I highly recommend this B&B, they do it right!

Perfect spot if you're visiting Summerland or nearby Penticton. Excellent friendly hosts, beautiful breakfasts, and a quiet yard to relax in. Comfortable bed, exceptionally clean room/bathroom, with amenities such as tv, fridge and A/C.
