“Fabulous place to stay”
A fabulous place to stay. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the llocation was excellent. And the beer was superb 👌

“A nice hotel, spoiled by the noisy environment.”
The hotel itself has clearly had a lot of time, energy and money invested in it, to modernise and make it comfortable inside. Staff were generally helpful and friendly, and the beer from the associated brewery was excellent.

Exceptional small hotel in the centre of town. Free beer in the room and good restraunt downstairs. Rooms were small but clean and have a premium feel. Would definitely come back to stay.

“Charming and comfortable Hotel with great character, good restaurant and excellent beer!”
Comfortable and spacious room in a very interesting and charming old building, which has been superbly renovated and is tastefully decorated throughout. Shower was very large and good pressure. Excellent location within the historic walled part of the town with parking directly in front of the building. Meal in the restaurant was excellent, and also good value, and the beer was particularly good - as you would expect!

The food at the restaurant was amazing. I can highly recommend ordering the 'Beer crusted roast'. Was the best I have ever had in Germany. The breakfast was also nice. It is basic, but has everything that you need. The staff were also very welcoming and friendly. Toilets, bathroom and apartments are clean. We will return here again.
