“Exceeded expectations”

the house is so cosy, well renovated, well stocked, quiet and located close to the centre. We were worried it may be a bit dark, but the lighting was done perfectly. When we arrived we had really nice welcome and a fridge full of great goodies they left for us which was really thoughtful. The bed was very comfy, great pillows, free parking right outside, & WiFi was good enough for remote working 10/10, loved it and would highly recommend

Wonderful decorated cosy guest house, near the citycenter of wonderfull Sulmona. Very well equiped. Melina and Alessandro a great hosts and very involved with the city and share that with their guest. Parkingspot in front of guesthouse.

We loved the look and feel of the place, especially the exposed rock walls and ceiling. We could park the car outside the front door and the historic city centre was only 10min walk. The apartment had a fully stocked kitchen and small enclosed courtyard as well as bathroom, bedroom and lounge. Plenty of room for two people, quiet and comfortable. The owner, Sandro, was there to greet us and could not do enough to make our stay superb. He would bring us bread and pizza snacks each day, gave us great suggestions for restaurants and places to visit in nearby towns. What a gentleman! A superb holiday stay and I would highly recommend.

Parking in front of the building. Very nice (large) apartment, good bedroom and shower. Very friendly and very helpful owner. Good breakfast provided. Walking distance to town center.
