View was amazing. Space was perfect for my family of 4. Having 2 bathrooms was a bonus. Main bedroom was spacious. Childrens room was great. Balcony was perfect for sitting down and having a meal together. The direct lift to the apt made life so much easier! 🙌

Host met us on arrival (late at night) and provided a tour of the apartment and the facilities. Welcome book was very informative. Apartment was extremely clean and tidy. Views from apartment balcony were lovely at sunset!

Luciano, our host, was extremely gracious and accommodating. Ideally located centrally within the ancient part of Sulmona. The apartment itself was amazing although we felt it was beginning to show signs of wear and tear.

Once you walk out of the elevator into the apartment you can't help but love it. The outstanding views is worth it. I love spending time on the terrace just looking at Sulmona's beauty. I love staying here. Luciana is a great host.

this apartment is amazing , it was beyond what we could have imagined ... what an absolute treasure in the middle of Sulmona . Luciano the owner is one of those beautiful people that is so generous and considerate . The views from every window were photo worthy ( took about 50) . the apartment is spacious and has everything you need . best appartement of my life

Luciano's stunningly designed apartment has so many features, it is hard to know where to start. The views over the city and hills are breathtaking as there are huge windows facing the central old town. The penthouse apartment is very spacious, and has a fully equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms make it very convenient for two couples or a family of four. The elevator opens directly into the apartment which is very nice and saves the legs. We have travelled extensively in Europe and this is without doubt the best apartment we have ever stayed in. The price is extremely reasonable, for such high quality. Luciano helped me out before arrival to find out about car hire and transport, and has excellent English. He met us at the apartment and gave us a very thorough orientation. The location is gorgeous, being in the old town, where you can wander the streets for hours or dine out in an endless array of places.

The apartment was very clean with everything you need. Tastefully furnished, conveniently located in the old part of Sulmona. Spacious and light. The host Luciano was wonderful. Definitely would recommend.

A very spacious & light filled apartment with lift access into the actual apartment. Beautiful decor with modern furniture & lighting. Amazing views of church and historical buildings from balcony and views of mountains from bedroom. Luciano is a fantastic host, friendly and helpful, offering to take us and our heavy luggage to the train station!
