“Relaxing and comfortable. Very clean and tidy. Great to have access to a fridge in the common area.”
Room was a good size and very clean, bathroom excellent with great shower. Spare pillows for the bed were also provided. Breakfast very good, left by the owner early in the morning . parking on a quiet side road to the back of the property was convenient.

“Pefect location to the explore historic Sulmona and the surrounding Abruzzo mountains.”
Loved the location, very close to the historic centre of Sulmona, but easy to drive in and out of. Lots of special little details like different coloured accessories for each room. Lovely breakfast provisions provided each morning.

“Enjoyable stay and convenient position”
The property is very well situated for walking into the centre with plenty of restaurants etc.nearby .it has obviously been modernised very recently with good facilities and excellent Wi-Fi.

“Good location. Quiet street. Easy to reach.”
WE stayed two nights to take the tourist train on Sunday morning. Location is good. Secure parking (behind a locked gate). Nice outside garden.
