Hey guys, this was really great. We have booked the hotel, because we needed to be close to the place for the business, so it was just lottery. But... It was really amazing night, like - you stay at your granny feeling! It is historical and beautiful villa just few steps from the city center of Sulmona ( actually great historical city we unfortunately cannot visit because of rush). The underground and guarded city parking is right few steps from the hotel. So again great location. We knew we came late, so I wrote to the owner, she waited for us till late night. Again, amazing! Thank you! The room was right next to the shared kitchen, where ypu can have a drink or sit with your friends. Amazing. We agreed on a breakfast at 8 AM, because we needed to go early. She prepared everything for us! Cake, coffee from mocca kettle, bread, cheese, sausage, juice.... I was really feeling like at the granny's house... My best recommendations to stay here if you are about to stay in this region.

Very comfortable, spacious accommodations in perfect location across the street from the inexpensive city run underground parking lot that connects directly to the city's main Garibaldi square. Breakfast was very basic, could be improved.

Host was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Close to the main town.

The host Francis made this stay so great for us. She made breakfast each morning for us too. She went out of her way to make sure the Wifi worked good and that we had a place for the car. She was so friendly and she wanted us to enjoy the place and the town too. She cleaned up every day as well and straightened up for us too. She is the best.

Very nice and big Italian style house. Super comfy and warm. Nice greeting from the owner and a very decent breakfast.

Our room was effectively a small appartment, also with a balcony and kitchen, which was great - although it would have been even better if the kitchen had been equipped, allowing us to do a bit of cooking - or even make our own coffee. The old town is lovely and this property is well situated for good access to it, with a reasonable car park directly opposite. The hosts were very welcoming
