“Fantastic stay, very helpful and informative staff and a great experience”

The location was perfect, the view from the balcony incredible!! A few short moments to the Marin bar and beach, some fantastic restaurants around and only a 15 minute drive to Zadar.

The property is renovated. The room was clean and new. Very close to the shops, beach or bus stops

Owner was very friendly. Big balcony with a sea view was super for relaxation. Accomodation was very comfortable. The location of appartment is super - the beach is near, you can also walk to centre. Overall - everything was ok.

- nice and friendly owner - large, quiet, safe apartment with sea view - coffee packets were available - beaches, shops, restaurants nearby (1 beach just in front of accomodation) - close to airport

- close to the beach D- Marina,wich is one of the best in Sukosan and also walking distance to Thommy supermarket - lot of space for parking - there is toster, kettle and microwave - the owner try to solve the problems, but some apartmans are really oldfashioned and needs renovation

We loved the room and especially the bathroom. It's much more spacious and beautiful than on the photos. Also everything, except the remote controllers were very clean.

Amazing host, free parking, very clean and good rooms (they are much better in reality then they have photos here), well-groomed territory, beach in 5 min, balcony, huge rooms, kitchen with everything you need, in 2 min amazing restaurant with good food and normal prices, available to visit with dogs.

Ms. Ana, the host, a very kind old lady, welcomed us nicely. The apartment was big and for a pit-stop in a larger drive, was supposed to be OK (see below)

We only stayed for one night on our way back to Zadar airport however the apartments were in a really good location to visit Zadar, as it is just 13 min drive away. The views from our room were amazing and the host despite not talking any English was lovely. The bathroom was recently renovated and it was great.

Súper warm and caring host

“sleepless night due to the noise by the main road , bad hospitality with inaccurate descriptions”

we have booked an apartment although we received a really small very basic room which was very noisy! at our arrival nobody was at the property so we had to wait about 45 minutes till found someone. a nice little old lady has arrived who couldn’t communicate with us and none of us had idea of what was going on. finally her daughter rang who has spoken a bit of English and we could establish that we had a reservation! the kind little lady has given us a room but was not the apartment we have booked. we were really squeezed together in a smallish bed with my teenage son. small bathroom, thin walls which by we could hear people walking in and out of their rooms all night and early morning as the house is by the main road to Zadar the ongoing traffic kept us all night with all possible sound from outside. Neither of us got any sleep! we have been driving through Croatioa and have stopped at several apartments where we got what we have booked but at Anas let alone we have paid the highest rate we got the poxiest room. i have contacted the host who couldn’t care about making a change or a partial refund. We have left unrested and tired. Absolutely awful ….

“Short and sweet”

We only stayed one night here but it was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy. There is a lovely beachfront walk across the road if you like and a 15 min drive to Zadar. Ana is a lovely lady, be aware she does not speak English but she speaks very fluent Italian. Once we figured that out we chatted and laughed with her for an hour.
