We really enjoyed our stay here. Great location, the WiFi was great but most importantly our host was lovely! Thank you for being so hospitable and kind to us. We appreciated that the guest house was traditional.

Grossly overpriced for the facilities. No proper lighting, either natural or electric lamp. Had to use mobile torch to see the key hole while opening the lock, both night and day. Except that the owner is nice, everything else is bad

It's an old style, clean and very quaint guesthouse. The owner is very helpful, he allowed us to store our luggage and use the shower after check out, he arranged a van to phitsanulok for us and gave us homemade thai dessert for free.

I had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse in the heart of Sukhothai. The location is perfect, right in the city center and close to everything you need. The building itself is beautiful, and the rooms are large, spacious, and very clean — truly comfortable in every way. What really makes this place special is the owner. He is an exceptional and incredibly kind person, always ready to help with anything you may need. He also provides free bicycles, which is the best way to explore the stunning Sukhothai Historical Park. I highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Sukhothai. It’s a fantastic experience from start to finish!

The rooms and the whole house are nicely and tastefully furnished. The room is spacious and there is a balcony outside with elegant wooden furniture. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Bicycles are available for free usage

It’s an old wooden guesthouse with a nice style. The accomodation is located in the old city, at the main road. You can reach everything by walk. However, to visit the historical spots a bike is recommended. The host provides bikes for free. There’s tee and water for free. The owner is very nice despite his basic English.

“Amazing stay in Sukhothai”

Great location, less than 10 minutes walk from the historical park, and 2 minutes walk from the amazing night market by the lake. There is a very nice terrace available for all guests. It was right outside our room and we had it all to ourselves. You can use the bicycles for free. The hotel provides you with free water bottles. The owner is incredibly kind and always smiley. He waited for our arrival at 2am and prepared mango sticky rice for breakfast - so good. Despite his basic level of English, he made us feel welcome.
