“Charming homestay with a great location but with a terrible nights sleep”
The property is very charming and our room was great, the hosts are very friendly, the location is fantastic directly beside the entrance to the historical parc and the night market, parking was available in front of the property

“A definite must see, culture experience.”
Very friendly helpful owner, offered us bicycles to travel around sukhothai which made our experience perfect. Not far to walk to entrance, restaurants and night market. Loved the atmosphere in this magical place.

Very nice traditional small hotel. Very friendly owner. Limited breakfast included. (Toast, fruit, hot water and choice of instant coffee / tea). We had a massage there which was very good indeed.

This is a home operated guesthouse which is directly oppo the Sukhothai historic park. The main gate which all the tourists gathered is just 2 mins stroll away.. I like the friendliness of the owner and his guesthouse is simple and well kept.

“The best place for sleep in Thailand!”
Very nice People which have the house. Very helpful and kind People. The house is beatiful and very comfortable. Very nice landscapes. All of there is super! We Come back with my husband and with our family.

“Beautiful hosts and a fantastic place to stay”
Lanna style property. The woodwork of furnishings and building is beautiful. Simple but adequate breakfast. Comfortable bed and rooms well equipped. Fridge fully stocked with water which is free as are bikes to help you see Sukhothai historical park. Entrance 100m away. Hosts are super friendly. Price is excellent for what you get here.
