KTT Resort is in the new town, just 15 minutes drive from Sukhothai Historical Park. The room is a chalet-style, the mattress is not that hard and there’s AC, a refrigerator and cups. There’s a kettle in the common area but if you want to make yourself some tea or coffee you have to pay 10/20 baht. You can also rent motorbikes for 250 baht per day.

“Good value for money, good location.”
We go in family to this guesthouse for years, no surprise here. Bungalows are simple but comfy and prices are good. Well located in Sukhothai New City, near restaurants and the Saturday Night Market.

“Wonderful place - very central - highly recommended.”
The resort is located in a small and quiet alley in the center - in one minute you are in the busy main road. Tons of delicious food, night market, 7eleven, temples. The bungalow was very beautiful. Very clean. Very comfortable. Bicycle for rent - absolutely perfect for me. ;-)

“Would highly recommend”
Staff were so helpful and polite, it was great. Had my laundry done quickly for a good price! The room was very spacious, as was the bathroom. Bathroom probably the most clean I’ve had in the past 3 weeks in Thailand!

“We loved our stay.”
This is a charming rustic cabin with a comfy bed. A desk, fridge, TV, and lounger. Location is close to the main street where lots of small food vendors and cafes are. The owner and her son Jaran are lovely to deal with. Great for short stays.

“It was okay, not great.”
The staff is very friendly even though they speak no English. The room was quite big! Had a table and chair and fridge, which came in very handy, and I overbooked my stay in Sukhothai a bit and ordered in a few times.

Central location next to a lot of restaurants. The staff here barely spoke any English but that's fine as it was comical at times trying to communicate with the elderly ladies. Clean and comfortable stay at a fair price.
