“Outstanding guesthouse as a based to see all Sukhothai ruins”

This guesthouse is outstanding. The staff, especially Jim do everything possible to ensure your stay is comfortable. The bungalows are set in appealing gardens and are clean and very nice. They are an average size room with comfortable bed, AC and fan. The cost was very reasonable. I hired a motorcycle from them to see all the ruins. They also provided transport to bus station (for a fee). Walking distance to 7/11, night market and centre of town. I definitely recommend this guesthouse

Amazing location, phenomenal helpful staff, very nice accomodation

everything absolutely perfect, very kind and helpful staff, always smiling. the bungalows are equipped with all comforts, they are beautiful and typical. The garden is home to many kittens, which is wonderful for tourists who can get lost in cuddling them between one thing and another. we had a great time, the price was really honest, indeed, perhaps low for all the comforts that the structure offers. the owner was very good with us, she organized the transfer for us to look at the historic park, and then also the one to go to and from the bus station. she accompanied us herself giving us some tips on how to move, really kind. She even agreed to help us with a personal problem with our flight, so a highly recommended structure. They speak English perfectly.

Accomodation is 14 km from old town. In new Sukhothai is nothing to do and it is busy there.

“Very pleasant local experience!”

The property is located at less then 500m of a buddhist temple and night market and at less than 1 km of another Buddhist temple and another night market At 500 meter of the guest house there are restaurants and a bar. The facility has a riverside view of a Buddhist temple. We woke up early to see the sun rise over the templ. The guest house looks very authentic, the food is good and not too expensive and the hosts are very very very friendly.

Close to the bus station, new town and bus stop to Sukhothai old city. Also close to weekend night market and 7/11.

Very nice and friendly staff. Location is good to take tuk tuk to the old Sukhothai. The place overall was nice and good value for money.

Good location to night market and a couple of bars. The rooms were so cute. Staff went above and beyond. On site restaurant was a cheap for breakfast.

The host was really nice and friendly, she gave me suggestion on what to do and helped me out with buying and picking up travel tickets for me. I decided to stay for an extra night and she was very helpful. There's a small restaurant, and the food was really nice and affordable. The room was confortable, clean and very well decorated

Very good place in a cosy bungalow... one of the best that i was in my trip to Thailand. If you want to see the ruins, they are in the old town so you need a taxy or a tuk-tuk to go there and back but it could be worth it if you need the bus terminal in the new town.

The guesthouse is cozy and in a perfect position, between the bus station and the city center. We really liked the breakfast, but overall the help and the kindness of the lady made our stay special!

It was very nice stay. The guesthouse is in good location, close to main street and town centre, only 10 minutes walk to bus terminal. It is also very quiet place. The host is also very nice and helpfull. If I ever back to Sukhothai I once again choose this place.
