Anna and her partner were the most wonderful hosts imaginable! Their warmth and hospitality made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, providing great local tips and a truly caring atmosphere. We are so grateful for their kindness. The place itself is lovely and perfectly located.

Nice room, comfortable bed, peaceful location. Only 15 minutes walk from the historical park, but in the heat you will probably want to get a taxi/tuk-tuk or rent a bicycle.

“Best stay in Thailand!”

The best part of our experience was the owners, who made us feel not only welcomed and at home, but truly cared for. The staff are some of the loveliest people we met on our trip. The hotel has a small restaurant managed by the wonderful owner, Anna. She clearly loves cooking, and you can really taste the passion in her food. The rooms are nice and spacious, and we even ended up extending our stay. She offered us coffee in the morning, and you can truly feel her motherly warmth while staying in the beautiful place she built herself. The hotel also offers bike and scooter rentals, which made the experience even smoother. We still think about how special that place was. We couldn’t recommend it more.

“A small and charming homestead”

Anna is a fabulous host and helped us so much during our stay. My partner had a sore unkle and Anna lifted our spirits and helped us with transport. The perfect place to put the backpack down for a few nights. You can swim in one of the neighbouring pools for a small price. Thankyou Anna!

“Confortable, clean, pleasant and well located B&B”

Clean room and bathroom. My bedroom was quite spacious and bed confortable. The B&B is located in a secondary road so it is quiet eventhough main street can be joined very quickly and easily. Owners Anna and her husband speak english and italian and are so nice and helpful. Ambiance is quite good. Bicycle can be rent for a tour in ancient historical park.

“A relaxing stay in Sukhothai”

Our host Anna was superb. So friendly and welcoming. Thank you. Great quiet location, away from the main busy road. But easy to get to the Historical Park. Room was comfortable and clean. The food was fab - we had the Thai breakfast every day. And the cute kittens topped it off!

Very friendly couple that runs this place. I wanted to see the old city and they gave me a free lift! They also run a restaurant that is attached to the B & B, and they serve really good food for normal prices.

Everything! Was amazing from the beginning till the end♡ atmosphere so magical, owners so kind and helpfull with everyone. Just amazing! If you're looking for a nice and quiet place in the nature this B&b is the best place.

“Best place in Thailand”

The best place I’ve stayed in Thailand, and I have spent more than four months in Thailand. Anne is an amazing host, she is so welcoming and truly makes you feel at home. The rooms are spacious and the bed is really comfortable, the most comfortable I had in Thailand. Everything is very clean. They have a restaurant with amazing food - better than in the restaurants in the city. I even extended my stay there and stayed one week, because it was perfect there. I will come back 100%.

Stayed here with my boyfriend and it’s by far our favourite stay. We felt like home and everything was perfect. The spring rolls are amazing so definitely try them. The location is great, easy to get around and can rent bikes. Will definitely be coming back.

We loved the private terrace outside our room which was specious and comfortable. Nice place to eat in the evening too. The setting of the different rooms feels like a small village. It has such a relaxed atmosphere. Our wonderful host Ann told us Baan means village in Thai. She speaks Italian fluently and very good English. She was extremely helpful whenever we asked her something. We had to move the dates of our booking and the communication was faultless. Her boyfriend took us to get some bikes and they returned them for us. A brilliant stay, very relaxed stay.

Everything was great, it is real GUESThouse, because we felt warm and welcomed like we are guests in a house ☺️ House is well furnished in a very cozy Thai style There is an option to eat food, fried rice was very tasty and reminded risotto a little, maybe because homeowner spent a lot of time in Italy. They provided a bicycles for us and we had a chance to explore historical park and enjoyed it a lot. On the last day they were so kind and even gave us a ride to the bus station because it was on their way. I forgot my hat in the hotel and they were very kind and sent to to my friend in Chiangmai.
