Nice place

We booked a room for three nights on Booking.com but on arrival discovered that they didn’t have a room for us at all. They didn’t actually tell us they didn’t have our booking, but instead started calling around other hotels to see if anywhere else had a room. We were left to just stand there and work it out for ourselves and ended up having to find other accommodation because the person at reception didn’t seem able to find us an alternative. What’s worse is while we were looking for a place we could stay another person arrived and was promptly checked in with no issues. Terrible communication from the staff who didn’t even help us open the front door to leave when we did, finally, find a place that would accommodate us.

Location was perfect a short walk from the main square. Room was big.

The proximity to the main square but far enough away for it to be quiet. All areas were clean abd having the garden and a number of roof terraces. The bkfst was very nice. The attached cafe does really nice pizzas and cocktails. The pizza Dillan cooked me last night was one of the nicest I have ever had. So much so I will be having another before I leave tonight. Being able to store baggage and use the facilities after checking out for the day. Staff were always very helpful.

Great sizes room with lots of space and separate bedroom. Staff were great and very helpful booking us a taxi. Location was great too.

Staff extremely friendly, great location and nice garden and facilities however its let down by the fair bit of mold in our room by the window unfortunately.

“Great place to stay”

I had a great stay here. It’s very clean, has a lovely garden and the staff are really nice and helpful. It’s only a very short walk to the centre. I’d definitely stay again and recommend. The art everywhere is really cool, all in all it’s a great place for Sucre.

Great location, lovely huge rooms. We didn’t use the kitchen to cook but washed our water bottles etc which was really helpful.
