“Lovely room in old colonial building”
Lovely room in a historic colonial building with a pretty inner courtyard garden. Very close to the main square. Comfortable bed and good shower. The owner Sonia was really helpful and kind. She let us leave our luggage for the day and said we could use the garden to relax in and use of a toilet.

“Very spacious and comfortable.”
Location was just a short walk from the Plaza and so very close to shops and restaurants. The apartment was very spacious and had a sitting room so was nice to chill in. The host was very accommodating and good with communication.

“Absolutely perfect for those visiting Sucre, highly recommend!”
As two British travellers backing South America, we are so glad we stayed at this property. Check in was simple, staff were great and the room was absolutely amazing. We had a lovely comfy bed, kitchen area and bathroom with warm water. The property was situated in a great location, nearby all the supermarkets, restaurants and main square. The owner Sonia was brilliant and allowed us to leave our bags in a secure room for the day.

“Absolutely underrated apartment - a hidden gem within Sucre”
The apartment has a great charm overall with its retro furnishing. The bed is King-size+, it is huge and confortable. There is a desk to work just next to the wi-fi. The shower is among the best ones we have experienced in LATAM (hot + pressure). We were able to check-in early (independent check-in at 5 AM) and check-out late (independent check-out at 8 PM (!)). The communication with Sonia was super easy and convenient. The kitchen is rudimentary but does the job for small meals.

“Great place with lots of character”
The place is like an old colonial house with huge rooms and interesting furniture which I loved. It is in the perfect location. The host was lovely despite my poor Spanish.
