“Acceptable but can be better”
The check-in and check-out processes were both seamless and efficient. The staff at the counter were exceptionally friendly and took the time to patiently explain where I could find eateries and convenience stores within walking distance. The housekeeping team was also commendable. They were friendly and did an excellent job of maintaining the cleanliness of my room, including changing the bath towels and replenishing the complimentary items. Parking was available and free for hotel guests, which was a nice bonus. The bed was comfortable, with a mid to hard firmness, and I appreciated the choice between soft and hard pillows.
