“In „Under Valnodden“ you can feel what „Hygge“ means.”
Heart and Soul of this place is Kirsten. Surrounded by Falster‘s beautiful nature Kirsten made this place a home for cyclists. She was so kind and the self-made dinner and breakfast were delicious. We came in contact with families and persons from other countries - not only because of the shared bathroom 😃.

“A surpringly complete one night stay at it’s best”
A place run by it’s owner in a very personal and charming way to make the passing traveler feel home for a night or two. A joint dinner or breakfast for “the group in residence” creates an opportunity to get to know each other at least a little. A playful dog makes easy friends, even better if you engage with the “throw and fetch” game. The location is as peaceful as it is remote. Try to stay out in “The Waggon” and enjoy an open-air shower in the warm summer wind, under the walnut tree.

Kirsten is a wonderful host and the house is super nice. We booked really late - she called back straight away and offered home made dinner and vegetables from the garden. The stay could not have been more pleasant. Thank you so much!! Everything was perfect, peaceful and pleasant - a real gem in the Danish countryside....
