“VERY GOOD QUALITY-PRICE RATIO.”
Pool had towels, sauna worked well. Used cable TV to watch sportsnet cbc.

“Great location”
Beds were comfortable. Refrigerator, microwave worked well. Location across the road from the mall and close to various restaurants was perfect for walking.

“Great rate nice pool loud neighbours”
Beautiful saltwater indoor pool and small sauna, very enjoyable. Large room, great shower. Comfortable bed (soft). Convenient entrances to various hallways from parking areas. Good value. Great location.

“Over all, still a 9 out of 10. Would stay here again.”
We were on the main floor, which meant no stairs. The room was clean and met our expectations.

I was happy with the customer care, when we asked for something they came in a reasonable time frame . I was also thankful for extending our check out time since we checked in at 10pm the night before which gave us some time to get our thing situated.

“Good value. Upgrades welcome.”
Pool was clean. Freshly painted area. New clean carpets. Room had fresh carpets. NEw shower. Huge improvement from 2023 when I swore to never stay there again.

Room was cold and musty smelling, the sauna was not hot and the desk person did not turn it up or ensure it would be hot we chose to leave and not stay overnight

“I would stay again but DEFINUTELY inquire as to room cleaning service.”
The setting and room lication was ideal for my needs. The front desk staff were very accommodating in switching rooms for wedding guests to be closer together.
