Location was great; was quiet and very clean. We felt very safe and comfortable. We never stayed in a B&B before - would definitely go back to this one.

“Everything we wanted and more!”
Super convenient location, a short walk to downtown, restaurants and theatres. Our suite was spacious, clean and quiet. A lovely (and generous) breakfast was provided each morning by A.J, who took into consideration any dietary needs (we didn't have any). He provided all the information needed before arrival to the B&B and offered restaurant recommendations which were appreciated! We hope to come back again in the future.

Very convenient to the town centre. Our suite was a good size with good facilities. Very close to the theatres on which AJ was a fount of knowledge. Breakfast was excellent although it was a "set" menu but it changes day on day. AJ is a bit of a chef.👍 AJ was very accommodating and helpful. All residents sit at the one table for breakfast so a good opportunity to chat to other guests on a wide range of topics. Breakfast lasted as long as guests wanted it to be, it was not a rushed affair.

“Our 2 days in Stratford were adsolutely marvelous, great plays, great food, great place to stay.”
The place was perfect and met all our needs. Great suite, wonderful breakfast, was 5 minutes walk from the theatre and a beautiful trail along the river. Couldn't have been better!

Wonderful host. Suite is larger and better equipped than expected. Terrific king sized bed Delicious home made breakfast. Beautiful grounds. Huge porch for comfortable sitting. Great value for money.

“Excellent BNB. Great rooms, great host, and close to everything.”
This is a great BNB. The rooms are clean, spacious, and really comfortable. Great pop art on the walls in our suite. AJ makes great breakfasts with homemade preserves, salsas, baked goods, fritatas etc. Air conditioning worked well in 33 degree heat. Walking distance to the downtown in only 5 minutes (just over the bridge). The other guests were all theatre lovers. Exceeded our expectations.

“A.J. works hard to make this B&B a warm and friendly home. I will return.”
A.J. welcomed me and made me feel right at home. My room was on the main floor which I liked as I didn't need to climb stairs and carry my luggage. It also had a kitchen and sitting room. The home was well designed with beautiful art work and comfortable furniture. Breakfast was excellent with a veggie frittata and warm muffins and de-cafe coffee.
