Window in the common area was malfunctioning and was unable to be closed properly, sink in the bathroom is falling off the wall, multiple lights were broken and unable to be turned on

Nice quiet location, close to the beautiful river and a good starting point for visiting Studlagil Canyon, Eggilstadir and Hengifoss. The cottage is very small with a decent bedroom and a toilet. No shower, but it’s fair when you know it before.
