Stuff is very friendly and motivated, very nice team, the room was mostly clean, restaurant is good to eat & chill out your evening, italian stiled menu and restaurant, a lot of young people stay their for a drink with their friends, so there is always company

“I was originally with a group staying at another hotel but the lift was broken and it was 18 flights fo my room.”
Fantastic little boutique hotel. Staff go the extra mile to help. They even sorted us out a food delivery as their own kitchen was having a break. Dolphin? On the reception was a diamond.

We experienced very kind staff, top service, individual breakfast, a comfortable room and everything else like a 10 of ten. We just had the bad luck that the lift got stuck on our departure. This has been a very unpleasant experiece for about 40 minutes, but the staff tried all to solve the problem, was very apologetic and offerd free drinks afterwards. We would book the hotel immediately again but would never use this lift again..Still: A ten of ten!
