Overview
Set in its garden featuring a furnished patio, Roccabianca Rooms & Studios offers free Wi-Fi throughout. It features air-conditioned rooms and self-catering accommodation, at just 2 km from the beautiful La Pelosa beach. All rooms, studios, and apartments are individually decorated and colourful. The rooms are provided with a flat-screen TV and an en suite bathroom. All studios and apartments have views of the sea, and come with a dining area/living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, and a sofa bed. Breakfast is included in the rates for rooms only, while for studios a rate without breakfast applies, but it can still be provided as an extra paid service. It consists of croissant, bread and jam, together with hot drinks. Porto Mannu harbour, with its ferry links to Asinara Island, is a 20-minute walk from the Guesthouse.

“Fabulous hidden gem”
It's a beautiful place to stay. Only about a 15 minute walk to the centre of town, but you feel like you're out the country, with stunning views. The accommodation itself was lovely. It had all the basic necessities, and more. The owners, Valentina and Gavino are lovely. So welcoming and helpful. Definitely have the breakfast for just €10 extra. Its so worth it. Fabulous hot chocolate 😋

Very nicely furnished studio with all the comforts of home. Beautiful panoramic sea view from our private terrace. Owner’s were friendly and helpful with recommendations of things to do and with intro to some nice restaurants nearby. Breakfast was fresh and wide choice of sweet - salty and delicious cappuccinos.

“Small room with double bed should be for free...”
Owner is a great man. Also the women. They are all nice and kind. They even welcomed us with a bottle of wine. Including nice fruits. Breakfast was very good. Perhaps more options than standard hotels. We are thankful to the owner and the workers.

Gavino super helpful, like a tour guide! He adviced us about restaurant and place to go. The place was with an amazing view and just few minutes drive from the town center and from SUA MAESTA' LA PELOSA! Definitely we'll be back

“Best stay”
Everything, everything was very clean and beautiful, perfect bed and shower and terrace with a stunnig view. What trurly made our stay unforgettable were the hosts, Valentina and Gavino. They are wonderful people which will make you feel like home and try to accomodate every request. Thanks for everything!Will be returning for a longer stay!

“Lovely Studio, Great View”
Gavino and Valentina were great, really helpful and friendly with lots of suggestions and local knowledge. Excellent location, within a couple of minutes drive to the main attractions. Very clean with tasteful, modern decoration. Amazing view.

The rooms are exceptionally clean, nicely appointed, and generously spacious. The staff members were incredibly friendly both during check-in and at breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it was absolutely spot-on for us.
