It is a very spacious appartement with a nice terrace with partial view to the sea and the small town Stintino. We were 4 people and the 2 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms were perfect for us (without having to sacrifice the living room as sleeping area). Marco (from the administration) was very, very, friendly and guided us over video call to the right entrance and explained everything. The appartement was very well equipped and had amazingly lots of stuff for a rental! Even coffee capsules and pastries. We were only a couple of days there but I could imagine coming back and spending a longer time. I think the owner lives at the property since he showed up at our arrival to check up on us and introduced himself but otherwise he was very discreet and we didn't see him anymore.

The location in the small town of Stintino with lovely views over the port and sea from the garden. The property was spacious, bright, clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance to very good local restaurants. Parking space behind the property. Very welcoming owner who gave us a delicious homemade cake and bottle of wine.

Location cannot get better, it's really in the very center of Stintino with its own private parking space, you don't have to worry about parking whatsoever, it's about 8 mins drive to La Perosa beach. There's a public parking at the harbour area, if you set the navigation to that parking you can easily reach to the back of the house. With the actual address, google won't direct you to the right path (google doesn't work very well in many parts of Italy), you just need to meet the owner for once and then you will get it. It's a very spacious apartment with big terrace. Walking distance to the harbour where you go for boat trips. Tips: Book your access to the beach at least 2 weeks in advance during peak season. Book the restaurants in Stintino well in advance too because they tend to be fully booked. You can still go at 9:30pm to wait for the second turn of the table though. I tried a few restaurants they were all pretty good. To go the beach you need the bamboo sheets (it's a specific La Perosa rule) which you will find in the apartment, I only found out about them the last day. The owners don't speak English but the main contact Marco respond promptly over whatsapp.

A really spacious house, nicely decorated and equipped with anything we could think of. Clean, quiet (maybe apart from weekends ;) when there is a party in town) and rather cool even with a hot summer weather. Fantastic hosts helpful in any situation. The house is located close to a great restaurant (Lina - brilliant chef, and delicious food!) and shops, marina and beaches. Stintino is a very nice town.

What a great spot. Perfectly located, spacious, well supplied, extremely responsive hosts. We loved our stay. Dinner and wine on the terrace with a view of town and the sea- perfection.
