“Cute spot near La Pelosa beach and very friendly staff.”

We were given a spacious room and private bathroom which looked bigger than the photos. There is also a lovely outdoor sitting spot with a bar fridge available. Our room was ready and we were allowed to check in on an early arrival. Very helpful and friendly staff. Walkable to make your way around the town easily. They loaned us bamboo mats and an umbrella for the beach.

Spacious, clean, well-equipped room, free parking nearby. Perfect accommodation.

Lovely classic Italian building with heavy wooden shutters and a Juliette balcony in a beautiful little town. I loved the high ceilings and how much space I had. Also, the little communal terrace outside my room. Really good value for money.

““A Stay with a Major Security Concern””

My stay had a promising start when I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a newer building just a short walk from the main one. The location was good for my needs, and I was optimistic. However, that optimism was quickly overshadowed by a series of unsettling events. The most alarming issue occurred not once but twice: I returned to my room to find the door completely unlocked. It was a vulnerable feeling. When I raised this serious security concern with the owner, the response was unfortunately dismissive, suggesting it was a simple oversight by staff rather than addressing it with the urgency it deserved. Beyond the safety issue, the stay has other imperfections. The cleanliness was basic; the first towels were a bit old and worn, though they were changed, and I did notice a stain in the initial bed linen provided.  The check-out process was unfortunately disorganised. I had messaged in advance to say I would be coming for my receipt, but when I arrived, there was no one at the reception. I was told the person responsible was making coffees at the bar downstairs. As I had a bus to catch, I couldn’t wait indefinitely. After a few minutes, I gave my name to the friendly housekeeper and had to ask for the receipt to be sent to me digitally, which was an unnecessary hassle. The receipt itself wasn’t like I expected it to be. When asked what type I needed, I simply requested a ‘normal fiscal receipt’, assuming my name would be on it as has been standard in every other establishment I’ve visited here in Sardinia. The document I received was indeed a simple, generic one without my name, confirming that here you must expressly request a named receipt, which was an unexpected hassle. While the upgraded room was a nice touch, the repeated security lapses made it impossible to feel truly safe and relaxed. For future guests, I’d recommend double-checking that your door is securely locked behind you.

The location was great in the middle of stintino with free parking nearby and many restaurants and bar. the room was ok and the staff was nice

Super clean, isolated from street noise, AC, great restaurant opposite. Small balcony for nice evening. Everything was great. And particularly small fridge is very convenient. The host was also very helpful. Do not hesitate to ask for local info.

The b+b was good value with large rooms good tv and fridge-good location near the harbour and 2 minute walk to bus stop.The rooms have good quality finishing and pillows beds and nice wall paintings.
