The wifi didn't function, so there was no connection to the internet. The to boys on the lounge were not willed to help. The room was very noisy

cookwares were not available. You have to wait until someone checksout and you get few of what you need. Staffs most times are not around, even if you call noone answers. Towels and linens are not available you have to wait the following day when they wash from checkouts. Staffs are not friendly as if you beg for what you need. I primarily booked this hotel for the readon that I can cook but we ended up orderi g from Ubereats and eating out as the cooking needs where not available. Stove is broken only one small burner is available. We booked for a week I could have booked sonwwhere better if not for the offer that we can cook. You have to clean your own room as room service is only available every 2 weeks. Carpets are dusty. We found water bottle under the table probably from previous tenant that means the room was not properky cleaned before we arrived. Breakfast was also offered but just simple hotdrink
