Very atmospheric stay in a two bedroom apartment in what must have once been the poshest stable in Bavaria, with a beautiful vaulted ceiling. Very friendly host, free parking in the yard or private garage.

“Fantastic location”
What a great apartment we had! Everything was in perfect order and everything worked nice. The opening window allowed us to watch from inside the house the Perseides, what a great show. Very short drive to the lake.

Unfortunately, the window in the bedroom had no blinds or curtains, so the sun came in brightly at 5 a.m. and woke us up. This could definitely be improved for next time. Other than that, everything was great!

During our family trip, we stayed in these wonderful apartments, and they completely exceeded our expectations! The apartments impressed us with their designer interior: spacious, stylish, with incredibly comfortable beds, a luxurious bathroom, a large kitchen, and a cozy living room. The kitchen is equipped with everything we could possibly need! In the courtyard, there is a small playground for children. Both the bedroom and the living room open onto a cozy outdoor patio, perfect for enjoying fresh air. Convenient parking. Nearby, there are delightful restaurants and shops. Within a stone's throw, there are local farmers' markets offering fresh products like eggs, milk, honey, and more. A very beautiful village! Nearby is the breathtakingly beautiful Simssee lake! We’re thinking of coming back with bicycles to explore the surrounding area. There’s also a bus stop within walking distance, providing easy access to the city of Rosenheim. A special thank you to the host for the warm welcome! Despite our late arrival, she explained everything in detail, sent clear instructions, and left the keys in a convenient lockbox on the door. Our holiday was wonderful!!!
