“Excellent homestay!!”
A very nice place to stay in the heart of Stepanavan, just a few metres from the main square. I was welcomed by Ruzanna with tea and cake on arrival. I was a hot and tired bicycle traveller. She made me an excellent dinner and breakfast too. Great home cooking! This is like a family homestay, there is just one room on the outside of the house and this is where you stay. Shower and toilet are separate. Very relaxing and I highly recommend.

Very central and close to transport and restaurants. Able to hire a driver with 4 wheel drive to get me to a site that my previous driver couldn't reach with his Mercedes.

“Homestay in Armenia”
Very authentic homestay in Armenia. Our room was separated from the living room by a curtain, the dinner was very tasty and I would definitely recommend Ruzanna's home if you want to experience local life with amazing hosts. Also the breakfast was delicious.

Ruzanna and her husband Sos were very sweet and helpful. They provided us with coffee and treats throughout the day. They also provided us with information about the place. Room was lovely and cozy.

Just like staying with family, at least for me. Friendly host, comfortable bed and a lovely home cooked meal (for a small additional price) with Ruzanna and her husband Sos. I even returned.
