We really liked the hotel with its staff, design solutions, service, and the breakfast was very delicious. It had a lovely courtyard, it was nice to lie on the grass. The location is wonderful. It's worth to stay.

They gave a free room upgrade, surprised my mum with a cake, and even brought wine in the evening, such a thoughtful gesture! The service was outstanding. My parents enjoyed everything. the room was clean and tidy, and the food was great. We really appreciated the care and attention. Thank you!

Great experience, probably the best we had in Armenia. We received a free upgrade (for no extra cost) and got an amazing room with a very comfortable bathtub. Breakfast was excellent and the host, Tatev, was kind and always ready to help. I'd definetly come again, highly suggested!

Very attentive staff and beautiful rooms with a view of the fruit orchard with the backdrop of the mountains. Very comfy beds! :-) sumptuous breakfast… Unfortunately, we only spent one night there but it would also be a great location to go for longer hikes.

The staff was very friendly, the location was just amazing, not far from the forest, the room had an amazing balcony and the food was delicious.

A little gem in Stepanavan. I’m glad we were taking friends suggestion and stayed for 1 night in Major’s House. Only positive impressions from the stay. Significant perks include: a lovely garden, stylish interiors, a quiet ambience and very friendly hosts. The breakfast was delicious as well.
