We had a wonderful stay! The garden was lovely and peaceful, and the house was cozy and had everything we needed. It was the perfect place to relax. What made it even better was Arevik — such a kind, patient, and thoughtful person. It felt good knowing someone was there to help if we needed anything. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

“It was great hollydays. The house is great. We stayed there for a week: 4 adults and 1 child.”
Very cozy and stylish house. It looks very beautiful outside and especially inside. Such house is hard to find in Armenia. There is everything in it: cooking utensils, hair dryer, shampoo, towels. All clean and nice.

We are family with 2 children. We stayed in a comfortable, cozy and nice place in Stepanavan. Facsinating design of the hotel. High level of cleanness and comfort . The location of the hotel is very close to the center, markets and restorants. The owners were very hospitable and helpful. They are also provides bicycles to ride around the city . There are lot of sightseeing places you can visit and host can give useful info, even guide you. Our family is delighted of our staying and decided to come back soon. Highly recomended
