“An absolute gem”
Carmen and Roland were so welcoming, ensuring that I had everything I needed. The room was very well appointed and lovely walks. It was very comfortable. I had a long soaking bath with lavender infused salts....gorgeous.

Serenity, calm, views of location - it's a pity we only spent one night. We went to a wedding at Nooitgedacht and location was convenient. Roland and Carmen were hospitable and friendly.

“Amazing hidden gem!”
What a wonderful hidden gem. We booked to be close to a wedding and this accommodation exceeded our expectations! Not only was the view magnificent, the room huge and lovely, the hosts Roland and Carmen were so friendly and welcoming, and accommodating of our special requests. It was so quiet and serene i couldnt believe that we were only a few minutes away from everything we needed. There was a well stocked "minibar" with snacks, filter coffee/tea, a big bath and shower and even some thoughtful little details like fresh lavender on the pillow and lovely salts for a soak in the tub. The beds were super comfortable as well. We were told there were dogs on the property but they were completely seperate from where we were and Roland and Carmen made sure that they did not come anywhere near where we were staying. (We are dog lovers so we asked to meet them as we left and they happily obliged :) ) It is very conveniently situated to visit many beautiful wine farms so be sure to account for a few days to be able to visit multiple ... We will definitely be back, for longer, and to try the breakfast with the fresh eggs laid by their chickens!

“A breath of fresh air”
Roland's Valley Art accommodation was a breath of fresh air, and granted me the quietness I need after a long busy day. Very clean, well resourced and spacious. In addition, the hosts are very warm and kind; definitely made me feel at home despite my hectic schedule

Absolutely loved the stay. The vista is to die for and we slept so well in the bed. The whole area was wonderfully clean and quiet and a much appreciated place to rest after a long day partying. Roland was an inviting & informative host, who gave us a recommendation for breakfast in the morning. Would 100% recommend for a romantic getaway :)

You had your own lovely room and bathroom. Also a lovely balcony seating area. Which had the most amazing views including table top mountain. There was even a family of eagles.

“Peaceful, great location to visit the wineries, lovely accommodation and wonderful hosts”
My partner and I recently had one week stay at Roland‘s Valley art accommodation. The location is so peaceful, the views from the balcony magnificent, the hosts Carmen and Roland are 2 of the loveliest people you could hope to meet … so friendly and helpful, especially in suggesting winery days out!! There are a couple of lovely local restaurants and places to drink within 5/10 minutes walk. We had an amazing week and would definitely visit another time if we return to SA.

Carmen and Roland were friendly and made you feel like you were at home away from home. They are the kindest people and we would recommend a stay here will be your best. We will definitely be back. The room was comfortable and clean and was definitely value for money. The views were also stunning.
